Vision

Strategic priorities

  1. 01

    Skills that lead to work

Market-relevant vocational and technical training for women and youth, with literacy, numeracy and business modules, so that graduates find employment or start enterprises.

    How we measure it

    • Graduates employed or self-employed six months after training
    • Courses selected through local market assessment
  2. 02

    Food security and resilient livelihoods

Food and cash linked to training, household agriculture and livestock, and climate-smart practices that help rural families withstand drought and economic shocks.

    How we measure it

    • Households with improved food consumption scores
    • Productive assets in use one year after distribution
  3. 03

    Women’s participation and protection

Safe spaces, female-led delivery and community awareness that expand women’s voice in household and community decisions, and reduce risks to women and children.

    How we measure it

    • Women participating in community decision-making
    • Referral pathways in place in every programme area

Cross-cutting commitments

  • Safeguarding

Every programme follows our Safeguarding & PSEA Policy, with trained focal points and a confidential reporting channel.

  • Accountability

We publish results and audited accounts, and give communities ways to raise feedback and complaints.

  • Climate and environment

We screen activities for environmental risk and favour practices that conserve water and soil.

  • Local leadership

We hire locally, train female staff, and design programmes with community elders and women’s groups.
